The accommodation is situated in the original farmhouse of Pécoyne which has been professionally renovated and extended to provide two fully independent apartments, one upstairs and one downstairs.

The interiors are light and uncluttered - contemporary with a traditional touch. Each has two double/twin bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet room, and spacious integrated kitchen, dining and living area.

There is central heating, a washing machine and dishwasher, TV and DVD player.

A fifth person could be accomodated in the living area of each gîte.

	The top gîte has a large shady balcony for eating outdoors, and there is a patio to the rear of the building accessible to both gîtes, in addition to a spacious sunny garden where the swimming pool is situated, with stunning views across the valley towards the Pyrénées. The bottom gite, although without the loft-style ceiling, has the advantage of being very cool throughout the summer due to its original thick stone walls. The two gîtes are completely sound-insulated from each other.

	The fact that our riding holidays are self-catering is reflected in their price when compared to other catered riding holidays of a similar nature…it also gives you the chance to experience the wonderful gastronomy that Gascony is famous for! If you'd rather not interrupt your holiday by going shopping for food (although French supermarkets can be an attraction in themselves!) we can provide you with everything you need. We also provide a welcome hamper on the house, with some essentials (bread, cheese, milk etc.) so that you don't have to worry about finding something to eat when you arrive.


The pool, which has commanding views over the valley, is also salt-water - considerably healthier and more pleasant to bathe in than chlorine.
